He worked at UniCredit for 33 years, the first 10 of which were spent in a branch, holding roles in sales, organisation and control. Since 2003, he has been Head of Organisational Development, and since 2007, Head of Relations with the Supervisory Authorities.

Since 2019, he has been Head of the Regulatory Affairs & Resolution Unit at Fineco.
