He is the Chief Organization & Process Officer. With over twenty years’ experience in transforming operational and organisational models in the banking sector, in regulatory governance and in managing highly complex projects, he now leads a team that operates cross-functionally across operational and organisational areas.
He joined Fineco in 2000 after gaining experience in other banking contexts as an organisational analyst and an applications developer. At Fineco, he immediately helped lay the groundwork for launching the first projects to transform traditional banking processes into revised processes, with a view to establishing an online bank and supporting a network of personal financial advisors.

Over the years, he has spearheaded major operational transformation and digitalisation initiatives, adopting an end-to-end approach to the management of payments, electronic money and customer onboarding processes. He contributed to the design of the business continuity model, serving as Business Continuity Manager.
He promotes a model of an operationally resilient, data-driven and human-centric bank, in which technology, AI and governance represent concrete levers for creating sustainable value.
